The office staff is super friendly and always extremely helpful and the maintenance staff fix any issue we may have immediately The grounds are always clean, and all the neighbors are super friendly. I tell everyone I meet that is looking for a new place to live they need to check out Avalon Park

|Recommended: YesWhat a pleasant experience it was to meet one of the best professionals in this business I've been researching for that ideal location and quality apartment living environment. Avalon Park answered my search, a very nice, professional leasing young lady - Kat Templeton, presented me with the best options choices. Very well designed, functional layouts, very nice landscaping, and most of all, a very efficient, professional and accommodating staff that makes living here comfortable, safe and secure. The decision was easy and I truly appreciate the very competent staff- -Kat , who went out of her way to guide me through the process with ease and such hospitality. |Recommended: YesI've lived at Avalon Park for 22 years — Obviously, I like it here. There are quite a few positives living at Avalon Once in a while, there are not quite enough guest parking spots. Though residents are assigned covered parking and Management is diligent in making sure no one uses your assigned parking. There are regular security patrols. Other than that Avalon is situated for easy freeway access, north, south, east, and west. There is just about any kind of banks, grocery stores, restaurants, and food delivery, a few minutes away. In 22 years I have only complained about noise once or twice and it was remedied immediately. These apartments are built soundly. When I'm watching a big hit movie, sometimes my volume creeps up never after-hours . I've never heard a complaint and I tested it when the apartment below was empty. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues and the guys who respond are very polite, friendly, and good at their jobs. The grounds always look great and the Management Staff are friendly and professional. I love it here

|Recommended: YesAvalon Park is nice but old. Good for the price but staff communication is very bad. — Appliances and property management staff need to improve. They need to upgrade the appliances. I had to get a new refrigerator and dishwasher they were so old and not working when I moved in. The model is nice and decks are covered and add to the apartment. No AC and this is tough. Staff interaction has been the worst I've ever experienced at an complex.
While we strive to always be polite, timely and transparent, I apologize for what sounds like a less than ideal residency. Without our residents, we could not be in business, so we know how important it is to provide excellent customer service. There may have been some opportunities for us to better communicate with you, so that your perception of us would reflect our values. |Recommended: YesAttention to Residents — There was an issue with a recent resurfacing project in the parking lot and the Avalon Park staff's communication and attention to the residents was superb. They provided alternative parking during the project and notifications about the issue were sent out immediately, I was even greeted at the parking lot entrance by Deshan, one of the staff members, with a smile and answers to my questions. Thank you for your attentiveness
