|Recommended: YesAvalon Park is nice but old. Good for the price but staff communication is very bad. — Appliances and property management staff need to improve. They need to upgrade the appliances. I had to get a new refrigerator and dishwasher they were so old and not working when I moved in. The model is nice and decks are covered and add to the apartment. No AC and this is tough. Staff interaction has been the worst I've ever experienced at an complex.

|Recommended: YesAttention to Residents — There was an issue with a recent resurfacing project in the parking lot and the Avalon Park staff's communication and attention to the residents was superb. They provided alternative parking during the project and notifications about the issue were sent out immediately, I was even greeted at the parking lot entrance by Deshan, one of the staff members, with a smile and answers to my questions. Thank you for your attentiveness

|Recommended: YesAmazing staff — The staff has been incredible. I previously lived at your other property Sterling until there was an incident with a creep that was caught looking in my first floor window. Your staff was incredible, they not only checked on me several times but rushed the opening of my new Avalon unit so I could move and feel safe on an upper floor unit. I was moved in under a week from the initial incident and I cannot tell you how much of a relief that was. The staff has checked in with me during coronavirus and when the front office was open would always greet my dog and really one can’t ask for anything else.

They answered every question we had, and took the time to go the extra mile for any needs we have had. The apartment itself is very nice as well. Happy to be living here

|Recommended: YesLovely place to lay your head — Avalon Park is a wonderful complex. It's a nice small community and very quiet. All of the neighbors have been wonderful. Management and maintenance staff have all been extremely friendly and prompt. The space itself feels large and was updated and well taken care of. I've lived in a lot of apartments and this one might be my favorite

|Recommended: YesNice property, friendly staff, noisy neighbors — The apartment is nice and well appointed, perfect for occupancy. I understand the challenges of living with tenants above, but the ceilings of the 1st floor are very noisy. Every footstep and dropped item can be heard clearly. Given the alternatives in the area at this price point and location, this is tolerable. Otherwise, the grounds are well kept and the staff is very attentive and helpful. Great location, convenient parking, and thick walls to the left and right are really appreciated.

|Recommended: YesA great place to live for this family — My significant other, our baby girl, and I have lived here for going on 4 months, and we have enjoyed every minute of living here Rent is very reasonably priced, the apartments are nice, maintenance is excellent and timely, the complex is consistently maintained, and we feel safe here. We have never met a single staff member of the complex that wasn’t kind, professional, and accommodating. We absolutely love it here and hope to renew our lease when the time comes
